The season and license information is correct to the best of our knowledge at this time. I'm sure the dates will not change, however the license availability and license fees may change!


Colorado hunting license fees for non-resident hunters at this time are as follows:

Small Game: $56.00
Deer-Buck: $326.00
Elk-Bull: $540.00
Elk-Cow: $351.00
Bear: $351.00

Anyone hunting with a gun must wear at least 500 sq. inches of blaze orange, part of which must be worn on the head, while hunting.

Anyone born after January 1, 1949 must have a valid hunter safety card in order to purchase any Colorado hunting license. This card must be carried, along with the proper license, while hunting.

Drop Camp Less than 4 Persons:

Including Riding/Pack Horse -- $2,150

Not including Riding/Pack Horse -- $1,850

Your Camp Equipment -- $1,500

Drop Camp 4 or more Persons:

Including Riding/Pack Horse -- $1,950

The cost for the Soap Creek and Kaufman Creek camps will be $100 per person more.
If four or more people book an equipped drop camp we will include two pack animals for your party to use during your hunt. If there are less than four people in your party and you wish to have the use of pack or saddle animals your cost will be $400.00 per saddle or pack animal kept. Remember we do not pick up your game in the field, it must be at your camp for us to pack it out for you.

Additional fees are as follows:

Additional pack animals -- $150.00 in and $150.00 out

Additional game animal -- $150.00 per animal

Multiple cases of beer or other liquor -- $200.00 per pack animal loaded

*Included in the price are: saddle horses to ride in and out, 1-1/2 pack animals per person in and out, packing out of one deer and/or elk per person.

*We have a limit of 160 lbs. per pack animal, and this may be even less if the items are too bulky or odd-shaped so they do not make suitable loads. The amount loaded on a pack animal will be decided by the packer. We do not pack hard gun or bow cases, heavy cots or duffel bags longer than 28in or more then 48in circumference, or excess liquor.
